Bouquet Canada offers fresh flowers, plants and gifts for all occasions. Our gifts are either hand delivered by a florist or shipped in a gift box. Please note that select flowers, plants and specialty gifts are shipped in a box and delivered by an overnight national courier. Same day delivery is only available for items delivered by our partner florists.

    The Bouquet Canada family of brands, recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers, registered members, gift recipients and users, and has established this Privacy Policy as a result. Sharing data with promotional partners, from time to time with customer consent we share information collected but not limited to via email, SMS, Social Media channels.
  • Where We Store Your Information
    Our Service is operated in the Canada. If you are located outside of Canada , please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to, and stored in, the Canada . By using the Service or otherwise providing us with information, you hereby consent to this transfer. At times, for orders originating within the US, EU or UK or being delivered to the EU or UK, we may use third parties located within the EU or UK to process such orders. In so doing, we take steps to ensure those entities will process your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. Although personal information collected by us through the Service will be used by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, laws generally applicable to the protection of personal data in the U.S. may not be as stringent as those in other countries.
  • Covid19 Delivery Policy
    We appreciate your patience with shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer for your order to arrive. Your order may also arrive a day early due to the availability of delivery services, and there select hours. We also have advised our delivery drivers to leave the packages at the front door, without making physical contact with the recipients.
  • What Is Touchless Delivery?
    We are now offering a touchless delivery confirmation continuing to try and protect the spread of COVID19. Our driver will confirm delivery once its at the door and it will notify the recipient and the customer immediately.
  • Where Can You Deliver?
    Bouquet Canada delivers nationwide across Canada and the United States. If we do not have a Bouquet Canada retail store or partner florist in your selected delivery area, you will be notified.
  • What Do You Charge For Delivery?
    A delivery fee of $14.99 to 21.99 depending on area applies when the item purchased is delivered in a gift box via overnight national courier. A service fee of $14.99 to 21.99 depending on area is applied if your order is filled by one of our partner florists. This fee covers their cost of labor and delivery.
  • What If There Is No Florist Available In My Selected Delivery Area?
    If we have a verified address for the recipient we can offer you a drop ship option via overnight national courier. In this case, the overnight national courier. will deliver a similar product to your intended recipient on the next available delivery date at no additional cost to you. If overnight national courier cannot deliver to your selected delivery area we will have to cancel and refund your order.
  • Can You Deliver Outside Of Canada And The United States?

  • Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?
    Absolutely! Orders placed as late as 11:00 AM in the recipients time zone are eligible for same day delivery.
  • Do You Have Any Delivery Restrictions?
    We are unable to deliver to recipients in Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Critical Care Units (CCU) because most hospitals do not allow it. If your intended recipient is in a hospital ICU or CCU we will hold the order until they are moved to a regular room and is able to receive flowers. A fresh bouquet will be delivered as soon as possible. Additionally, we cannot deliver to cruise ships, airport terminals, train stations, post office (P.O.) boxes, and some RR regions. We may also have limited access to college and university campuses depending on the institution’s policies.
  • Do You Deliver To Military Installations?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products and the security policies of many military installations, we are unable to deliver to military installations.
  • Can I Specify A Delivery Time For My Order?
    You may select your preferred delivery date but we do not guarantee delivery times. Our deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to residences and 9:00 AM and 5:00PM to businesses in the recipient’s time zone. Delivery times during peak seasons are extended until 9:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone. If we are given a 24 hour notice we can arrange for a timed delivery at a premium rate of $14.99 - this can only be arranged via telephone.
  • What If My Intended Recipient Is Not Available At The Time Of Delivery?
    If the recipient is not available at the delivery address specified we will typically leave the order with a neighbour or, if possible, in a safe place at the delivery address. Alternatively, we may attempt re-delivery later in the day. If this is not feasible or the recipient is unavailable when a later delivery is attempted we will leave a calling card on their door explaining what has happened. This card will provide the recipient with our contact information so they can call us and arrange for collection or re-delivery of their gift. Due to the fresh nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts because your intended recipient is unavailable. After 24 hours of failed delivery attempts and/or lack of contact from the intended recipient items will be returned to the respective shipping location and you will be notified.
